Description
The couple’s new life together begins with the Roka ceremony. A pre-wedding ceremony known as a “raka event” is usually held in the bride’s home or another venue, like a hotel or hall. In addition to exchanging pleasantries and best wishes for a better future for the soon-to-be married couple, the bride and groom’s families offer gifts, candies, fruits, and dry fruits. Roka is the public declaration of the boy and girl’s upcoming marriage.
For newly reunited families, particularly the bride and groom’s, the Roka ceremony thus signifies the start of a new adventure.
For the Roka ritual, reserve a pandit. All of the Puja Samagri will be brought by Panditji. Every Pandit has extensive experience and has studied under Vedic Pathshala.
