Description
Reciting the entire Shri Ram Charitra Manas continuously for a full day is part of the Akhand Ramayan Path. The story makes reference to seven kaands: Baalkand, Ayodhyakand, Aranyakand, Kishkindhakand, Sundarkand, Lankakand, and Uttarkand. Each kaand explains the many stages and leelas of Lord Shree Ram.
By taking this path, obstacles in life are removed and good fortune is brought. This voyage is led by Gauri Ganesh Kalash Puja, the principal pandit. A group of pandits play the Dholak, Manjeera, and other instruments for kirtans and bhajans glorifying Lord Shri Ram as she reads the route.
